Rentals Inc, for the purpose of matching vacation property advertisers
or owners and their properties, to the renters that best suits each
party's personal preferences. The term GWC below always refers to the

of this disclaimer at any time, without giving prior notice.
All vacation rental property related
information is provided by the advertiser (the homeowner or the homeowner's
authorized rental agent), who is solely responsible for its accuracy.
GWC only lists information given by the owner or agent.

If the operators of GWC are unable to provide the expected level of
service for any reason, including, but not limited to, service outages,
war, acts of God or negligence, neither GWC or its owners or employees,

Advertisers are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies. As a
condition of your use of this web site, you warrant that you will not
use this web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by

policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of GWC. By

CLAIMS BY RENTERS AND ADVERTISERS
You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding
any and all claims made by prospective renters or vacation property
advertisers. GreatWestyCabins will assist in any way possible when needed.
You assume all liability for the use of any information that you find
on any web page published by GWC. The operators of GWC assume no responsibility
and do not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in any
of the WebPages published herein, as all information has been given
by the owner. Not all GWC WebPages are created directly by the property
owners, some GWC advertisers are acting as agents or managers for the
property owners. Renters are aware that GWC has a set of Terms and Conditions
that are binding in the case of an executed rental agreement.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
GWC reserves the right to reject or edit any ad (due to adult or illegal
content) submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been
submitted, edited and posted on the GWC website, it becomes the property
of GWC and may not be copied from the GWC website without consent from
GWC.
PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the GWC website permanently you
can simply contact GWC and direct them to do so. We can also temporarily
disable the GWC listing and reactivate it at a future date.
PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you may be able to transfer your GWC listing
to a new advertiser, or property owner, please contact us for details
on forwarding their contact information to us so we can correspond with
the new property owner.All rentals
already booked prior to sale of home will still be legitimate rental
agreements and must be honored. It is the responsibility of the
previous owners to inform the new owners of all rentals and agreements
in place with GreatWestCabins.

RENTERS
GWC listings are provided on an ongoing basis at no charge to the
property owner or advertiser. Fees are collected from your renters or
guests by us, when a match has been made.
ANTI-SPAMMING POLICY
GWC forbids the abuse of its email or inquiry system to send any
unsolicited commercial email (commonly known as SPAM) to any GWC
advertiser. GWC reserves the right to identify and control such abuse in
any way that it considers to be reasonable. GWC also reserves the right
to cancel (without recourse) any member that mentions GWC or any of its
associated websites, URLs, or any associated GWC email address in any
SPAM email message or Usenet posting. GWC is the sole judge in
determining what constitutes SPAM. It is the goal of GWC to reduce the
volume of SPAM delivered via email or inquiry systems. To achieve that
goal, inquiries and email may be monitored and filtered by GWC prior to
delivery to GWC advertisers. Inquiries may be read by GWC staff and
advertisers. Despite GWC's filtering efforts, it is likely that some
SPAM inquiries and email will be delivered anyway. It is also possible
that some non-SPAM inquiries may not be delivered as a result of GWC's
filtering efforts. Rental inquires are delivered via Internet email and
are not to be considered private. Internet email delivery is not 100%
reliable and GWC cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or
for missed income as a result of undelivered inquiries. GWC, at its own
discretion, may supply to potential renters the direct email address of
GWC advertisers for the purpose of making a rental inquiry or match, or
for filing a complaint.
