Description
| Timber's Den is a new split
log and stone home built in one of the finest lake communities on Lake
Windermere. This home is equipped with the newest in ultraviolet
water filtration systems, smoke, propane and carbon monoxide detectors,
stainless steel appliances and upscale appointments and furnishings.
A Nana Door system that lets the outside in but keeps the bugs out!
This beautiful home has a large backyard with a lower level walkout
patio with patio furnishings, a propane BBQ and an expansive lawn leading
to a fire pit with benches/seating around it. Saunter down the
hill to Timber's Den private beach and boat launch area (used only by
the subdivision). The
house is a 5 bedroom with 8 beds & 3 baths, one with a tub and
shower the other two both have large showers. The
Master bedroom has an ensuite and one bed and the other bedroom
on the main floor is equipped with 3 single beds and on the lower
level walk out is three (3) more bedrooms each with a queen and one
bedroom also has a double in it. (2 beds) for a total of 8 beds. |

weekly rentals -
Check In is Saturdays after 4:00 PM and Check Out is Saturdays before
11:00 AM

All persons
must be 21 years of age or older, unless in the case of a
family rental (i.e. parent / guardian & child)
*Cleaning fee is always collected for all rentals at $150 / rental
Rates for long weekends are the same but there is one more night of minimum occupancy 3 Nights instead of 2
* % to rental company not charged on Cleaning Fee
2 Night Minimum Immediately following New Year's Day
Long weekend or a holiday such as Easter or Thanksgiving falls within that season it is a 3 nt minimum but the same rate
